Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kvhats92@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at kvhats92@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
